Why I Created This Shop

For a while now, I’ve been tinkering and creating tools that didn’t quite fit anywhere else. And then I realized it is because a lot of them didn’t exist anywhere else.

Things like quick-reference cards for moments when you are overwhelmed. Worksheets that help you prepare for appointments or sort through complicated thoughts and feelings.

Resources I wished existed sooner for clients, for community members, for allies, and at times, honestly, for myself.

The Evergreen Initiative digital shop brings these resources together in one accessible space.

Inside the Shop

The shop is a growing collection of digital cards, worksheets, and workbooks designed to support real-life situations, not just ideal ones.

Carry This Card Packs
Short, accessible cards focused on safety, grounding, wellness, and allyship. Designed to be used in the moment, saved on your device, or printed for easy access.

Worksheets & Workbooks
Longer-form tools for reflection, therapy preparation, decision-making, and personal growth. These help organize thoughts, clarify goals, and feel prepared for appointments or challenging conversations.

Everything in the shop is a digital download, so you can access it instantly on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Built With Community

Many of the resources in the shop started as requests from clients, providers, and community members asking for something specific that didn’t already exist. Others are tools I went looking for as a psychologist but couldn’t find.

This shop exists to fill those gaps and to ensure mental health and wellness tools are accessible, affirming, and adaptable to real needs.

Why These Resources Aren’t Currently Free

Creating quality digital cards, worksheets, and workbooks takes time, expertise, and care. Charging for these tools allows me to keep the shop sustainable, continue creating new resources, and update materials as community needs evolve.

Supporting the shop is a great way to support the broader community. Every purchase funds new tools that benefit clients, community members, and allies. It also directly sustains my practice, my work, and my livelihood, especially at a time when LGBTQ+ centered businesses are facing decreased income and traffic.

Investing in these resources is a way to access thoughtfully designed, research-informed tools while helping this work grow.
