Quit Vaping for Good: An 8-Week Vaping Cessation Group
Wednesdays, 6–7 PM | Virtual | $400 total
Join Quit Vaping for Good, an 8-week virtual group for adults who want to reduce or quit nicotine vaping. This clinician-led program offers evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and supportive accountability to help you make lasting change.
What to Expect
Quitting vaping can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve tried before. This group is designed to provide structure, support, and practical skills in a nonjudgmental, clinician-led environment.
Rather than a quick fix, Quit Vaping for Good focuses on understanding your habits, building coping tools, and creating sustainable change over time, with the support of others working toward similar goals.
Each session follows a clear, supportive structure that balances education, skill-building, and group discussion. You’ll learn practical strategies while also having space to reflect, ask questions, and apply what you’re learning to your own life.
❋ Intentional Structure
Connection matters. While this is not a peer-led support group, shared experiences can be powerful. Participants often find encouragement, accountability, and motivation from being part of a small group with similar goals.
❋ Collaborative Energy
This group is led by a licensed psychologist with expertise in health behavior change. Sessions are guided with intention — ensuring the space remains focused, respectful, and clinically grounded.
❋ Expert Facilitation
We prioritize emotional safety, respect, and inclusivity. This group is designed to reduce shame and increase self-compassion, whether you’re actively quitting or still exploring readiness for change.
