Wednesdays, 6–7 PM | Virtual | $400 total

Ready to quit vaping with real support?
Quit Vaping for Good is an 8-week virtual psychologist-led group designed to help adults reduce or stop nicotine vaping using evidence-based tools, accountability, and practical strategies that create lasting change.

What to Expect

Quitting vaping can feel overwhelming. Whether you’ve tried before or this is your first attempt, this group is designed to provide structure, support, and practical skills in a nonjudgmental, clinician-led environment.

Rather than a quick fix, Quit Vaping for Good focuses on understanding your habits, building coping tools, and creating sustainable change over time, with the support of others working toward similar goals.
